In November 2010, Rainiers Contract Research Services, Inc. (RCRSI) was formed in the Philippines as a trailblazing clinical research organization (CRO) to provide world- class, reliable and affordable technical and scientific studies for the food, cosmetic, household products and pharmaceutical industries.
RCRSI offers services which traditional foreign-owned CROs could only provide at prohibitive costs. Food & Drug Administration compliance was a challenge for small and medium-sized industries. Even for multinational companies, it has become increasingly necessary to streamline and outsource such functions as clinical research, biostatistics, epidemiology and data management and analysis.
